COMMISSION STATUS - OPEN
Individual stream
For clients for whom I have made at least 3 artworks, I can offer an individual stream.- I don't turn on the camera, but I can talk through the microphone (you can also talk, or no - as you feel comfortable. We can generally be silent, however you want! Keep in mind please that I have weird accent and English is not my native);
- The connection is via discord or zoom, I broadcast my screen;
- Duration - no more than 3 hours, but not less than an hour;
- The cost of an individual stream is $50 (for the entire stream, not for 1 hour) + the price of the selected commission. The price list is right here.
What does it look like?
1) We set a day that is convenient for both you and me, and choose a convenient time. My time zone is Moscow, which means that I am awake from 08:00 to 19:00 GMT (except Saturday evening, because I have a public stream). On the appointed day, I will contact you a little in advance so that I understand that you are in place and ready.
2) What can we draw? We can draw speed art just like on my regular stream, or I can help you with character design (it's usually fun and I can refine all the details in real time). If you are a beginner artist, I can tell you my artistic secrets and help with your painting (please keep in mind that I am not a teacher, even though I have an art education).
3) Payment is made at the time of the stream, or a little in advance. We will use Paypal.
4) If it happened that you and I didn't have time to finish the art, or it's too big, I'll finish it myself later. This usually takes no more than a week.If you paid but couldn't show up or left in the process, I won't be able to refund your payment ($50 + art cost), but I'll draw your art outside the stream and send you time lapse + process art. Unfortunately, I cannot refund the payment purely due to technical difficulties (I am from a country where you need to dance with a tambourine to receive payment).I have the right to leave the stream if you behave badly and I feel uncomfortable.
Commission process
There's 3 ways to get an art from me. Unfortunately, you will need to spend your gold anyway :)
Way №1.
Usual commission - you are sending me friend request on discord (@issyneo) and after me accepting it, you will tell me your wishes according commission. I'll tell you the price and send my Paypal or Easystart, then you are paying the full price (or the part if you want payment plan) and i'll work on your art. I'm sending you sketch wip and other stages if you want, and then i deliver the finished art via discord, email or dropmefiles.
Way №2.
Stream commission - it's a great way to get an art during 2-4 hours. Every Saturday at 16gmt i'm streaming my art and you can come and take a slot. It works only with speed arts, no illustrations. The same scheme as above, but much faster and you can see the process of creation! Unfortunately, no payment plans here. Link to my Picarto is here. Payment via Paypal or Easystart.
Way №3.
Vgen commission is a cool way if you dont feel safe with artists. I won't be able to cross the deadline, because it's against website's rules, and its super clear to use. You are choosing what service do you want to order and filling the form. Every art on my account with green checkmark in the corner is a commission what was made through Vgen.
Payment can be via debit card or Paypal.
One minus of this way - i will get a bit less gold because of fees :'D

Price List
1. NSFW does not cost extra.
2. Every additional charater is +80% to the starting price.
3. You can add my character for +40%. Some my ocs can't be used in NSFW scenarios.
4. Speed drawings are done without a background / with a simple background. Illustrations are done with a background. If your drawing focuses more on the environment than the character, it will cost extra.
5. If you show me one of my already existing art, that will help me to catch direction for your commission.
6. Private art is +50% to the final price.

Terms of Service
1. I work with full prepayments via Paypal, Vgen or EasyStart.2. Payment plans are available.3. Some work can take 3 days, some - 2 weeks, some - 2 months. Let me know if you have deadline.4. I have commission queue, but usually I work on 5-10 works at the same time. Thats my way to switch attention and feel comfortable. Don't be afraid to ask me about progress. I also have Trello5. All commissions are digital products. You'll receive high-res and web version of your art (.jpg /.png) or animation(.mp4 /.gif). It can be sent by email or via dropmefiles. Download once you get it, because the link can expire.5. I have right to not accept your commission inquiry on personal reasons.6. I have full right to post finished commission on my pages unless we're agreed it to be private. Wips are going to Patreon / telegram channel.7. You're free to post finished commission on any of your pages, crop it for avatar or share somewhere. Please, don't edit my art and don't crop signature.
Don't forget to give me credit and include link to any of my galleries.
Copyright on final image will remain on my side. That means you'll have Non-commersional use only - such as uploading on socials, using as avatar, printing for personal use or gift for friends.
I'll have right to upload finished picture to my galleries and use it for portfolio. Finished pictures aren't going to be reused in any term, meaning I won't be recoloring or changing them after you receive final version.
REFUNDS
1. Unfortunately refunds are unavailable.
2. You're free to cancel your commission before sending me the payment. Don't be afraid to text me.
PROCESS
1. Payment should be done within 2 days from the moment of the last bid/discussion, if other time of payment isn't specified.
2. Ask for specific details beforehand. For example you plan to print poster or dakimakura, in that case I'll need canvas sizes and formats. I will also attach .pdf and .tiff files.
3. I always send sketches for approval before finishing it. You may ask for any changes during that.
4. In case something is missing for my fault, this will have no extra fee until it was originally on reference picture / discussed. Any other corrections gonna have their specific pricing.
5. If sketch got rejected by you I keep right for modifying it and reusing it with different character / as a YCH.
6. After work is finished you'll receive high-res and web view versions of art. On social media it's best to upload web one.

Agreed to draw:
SFW, NSFW, most species, any genders, humans, soft fetishes.
I'll refuse to draw:
Weapons, armor, vomit, gore, vore, diapers, coprophilia, militaristic themes, robots (unless it's prosthesis), underage characters or pregnant characters in nsfw scenarios, loli or child abuse.
